Bipolar Mums Husband, seeks Occupation Order. Poor bloke, is upset again.

THE SYNOPSIS
Not content that he ‘won’ the custody battle against the Mum with Bipolar (see the original post on this here), it now appears that he feels that he has been hard done by and is now seeking a Occupation Order.

Not content that the Mental Health Prejudice boundaries have been obscenely overstepped in the initial court ruling, he now believes he is invincible and can pretty much do what he wants.

He is clearly really hacked off that I am still able to see the children, that the Judge managed to do one thing right by the children. Not sure he will let this go either. The Prohibited steps order (details her) that was initially put on me last year, without any evidence, was removed. I can only imagine his anger and resentment at that given everything he has tried to do in the past to destroy me and his wife. Clearly, this is a guy with anger management issues, and more specifically, believes that compassion, forgiveness and just 'bloody get over it' does not apply to his particular brand of Catholic Faith.

Mental Health discrimination is about 20 years behind all other forms of discrimination

My psychiatrist’s view is that my case is a classic one of mental health discrimination: he says that Mental Health discrimination is about 20 years behind all other forms of discrimination - race, sex, religious and possibly age.

Astonishing Bipolar Fact #2

That a judge in her infinite wisdom, can dismiss all the Independent Psychiatric Evidence that proves without a shadow of a doubt that a Mother is MORE than capable of continuing to look after 3 children and still 'sum up' by saying...

because of your Bipolar I cannot allow you frequent and regular access to the children.

David Cameron - Child Custody? Views Dave? Mental Health Discrimination?

David Cameron, Leader of the Conservative party has a pretty cool Blog. Something I know he has personally had a hand in, even allowing a web cam into his family home for all to see. Great.

I am came across this general post on Child Custody, so have added my thoughts to it,adding of course the Bipolar aspect. Also, repeated this post on Bipolarised.

Astonishing Bipolar Fact #1

Did you know that a non-relative can be issued with a Prohibited Steps Order from the Court without any evidence. Having Bipolar,in the Courts eye's is evidence enough. That was the only reason for it to be issued.

Just speculation, lies and statements presented as fact is enough for a Judge to stop someone seeing the children.

High Court Judge displays Ignorance, PREJUDICE & Discrimination against Bipolar Mother in Child Custody battle, loses Children

UPDATED 1st March 2007
I think it is crucial that I re-post this information on a regular basis. If there was ever a case for Mental Health Discrimination, Mental Health Prejudice within the confines of Child Custody then this is it.

We can always appeal right? Nope. Appeal Courts are inherently corrupt...

Due to the fact that it is quite possible that the children at the center of this custody battle are indeed aware of my Blog, I feel it is irresponsible of me to make any further comment on this until I get some clarification on how I can best lobby this gross misuse of Judges Discretion in the High Court.

Just the wrong Judge on the wrong day.

Just the wrong Judge on the wrong day. Thats how fickle justice is and certainly not consistent and fair over matters of such importance... the welfare of 3 young children.

Judges Discretion over 'overwhelming' evidence just does not seem right. This is not impartiality, this is a human being making a critical decision based on her own morals, not the weight of evidence.

An appeal against this blatant Mental Illness Discrimination and Prejudice is not even allowed.
