I don't know the answer to your questions, Graham, but I'll share with you what I've learned so far.

#1 This is your blog. Do with it as you will. It's a piece of your life. We're just spectators. Moreover, I bet that you have interests outside of being bi-polar. Share them with us.

#2 Just because you have been diagnosed as being bi-polar, you are not the malady itself. Show us what you're working with by showing us influencing factors that float your boat while you struggle to find a sense of balance.

#3 It's all about balance.

#4 It's my hope that you find balance again and you will, no doubt, but it will take time, effort, and a few mistakes before it actually happens, moreover, life is about ups and downs. The overall point is, at least from what I understand anyway, is that when one falls down, one has to get up, brush oneself off, then continue traveling life's path with an onwards, upwards, and forwards determination in one's journey.

Everyone of us is a project that is incomplete. Our goal is to do the best we can with what we have to work with. ~:o)

What a wonderful reply from Sabonna. My sentiments exactly. I really couldn't have put it better myself. Love Mumx

Thanks to your words I have shunned the Bipolar label on my Blog, put it in the shadows and renamed it.

Made me feel heaps better just not having it staring at me every time I log on.

The title is now 'positive' and true.

So there you go, your comment made a big change, got me thinking for all the right reasons.

Git on, Graham, and, show us what you're working with! You are who you are and being so is perfect in and of itself, at least for the time being.

When you're ready, you'll discover that ch,ch,changes are in order and that you'll make those changes when it is time. You'll be the first one to be fully cognizant of them, too.

Heyyy, I'm proud of ya, feller! If you were here in the states, I'd say, 'git on wid yo baaad self!
